Rates for advertisement and sponsorship
are based on market demand and
competitiveness.
-
Advertisement & sponsored program should
be received at least 24 hours before
transmission.
-
Release orders should be submitted
on slot/spots or time basis.
-
Extra 25% will be charged for fixed time
transmission.
-
Cancellation is subjected to written
notice and one week prior to broadcast.
Cancellations within a week to broadcast
will incur 10% charges on the rate given
on the rate card.
-
VAT 13% will be added on each tariff.
-
Advertisement of homogenous products are
accepted but there should be not any
intention of playing down the others.
-
Fifty percent charges should be paid in
advance.
-
If any program is not broadcast due to
unavoidable circumstance, the same will
be transmitted in the next program.
-
Any dispute will be settled by mutual
understanding of the parties concerned.
-
Siddhartha FM reserves the rights to
accept or reject any advertisement for
broadcast.
